青柠鸡扒的家常做法
Grilled Chicken Steak with Lime juice
材料:
- 鸡腿 2 只 或 鸡腿扒2块
- 青檬 一个
腌料 :
- 生抽 1茶匙
- 糖 1/2茶匙
- 盐 1/4茶匙
- 白酒 少许
- 胡椒粉
青檬汁 :
- 水 1/2杯(150ml)
- 柠檬汁 2汤匙 (半个青檬搾汁)
- 糖 2茶匙 (应个人口味调较)
- 粟粉 1茶匙,开水2汤匙,埋芡汁备用
做法:
1. 先把鸡腿起骨洗凈,先用刀片薄鸡腿扒,用腌料拌匀,腌半/一小时。
2. 预备青檬汁料。先将青檬搾汁,调好柠檬汁待用。在另一边切两、三片青檬薄片伴碟用。
3. 热镬下小油 (因鸡皮会出油),用中慢火把腌好的鸡腿扒煎熟,先煎有鸡皮一面,再煎另一面王两面金黄色。因鸡腿扒肉厚身,可用镬盖盖着,乾煎一会儿可帮助裏面的鸡肉熟透。然后打开盖,煎至鸡汁略乾身,上碟。
4. 用另小镬,注入青檬汁料煮匀,用粟粉水勾薄芡,淋上煎熟的鸡腿扒面,即可享用。

3. Spray oil on preheated pan, put couple slices garlic for 30 seconds, then slow fry marinated chicken thigh fillets until both sides golden & well done. Place chicken fillets on garnished plate.
