约费环形山月球勘测轨道飞行器拍摄的图像纬度14.38°S经度129.16°W直径83.95公里深度2.81公里月面座标日出时130°命名来源亚伯兰·费·约费约费环形山（Ioffe）是位于月球背面南半部的一座大撞击坑，约形成于38-32亿年前的晚雨海世，其名称取自俄罗斯/前苏联物理学家亚伯兰·费奥多罗维奇·约费（Abram Fedorovich Ioffe，1880年-1960年），1970年被国际天文学联合会批准接受。

该陨坑西侧和西北分别毗邻帕申环形山和埃文斯环形山、东北与更大的弗里德曼环形山相接壤，乌佐环形山和斯特龙根环形山分别位于它的东南和西南偏南，南面则坐落了别洛波利斯基环形山。该陨坑中心月面坐标为14°23′S 129°10′W / 14.38°S 129.16°W / -14.38; -129.16，直径83.95公里，深度约2.81公里。

约费环形山是一座相对年轻的撞击坑，外观轮廓大体圆状，西南侧略为参差、凹进。陨坑坑壁边缘清晰，内侧壁带有阶地状结构，东北侧与弗里德曼环形山相连的坑壁最高耸，上面横跨了一座醒目的小陨坑，沿西北侧则附靠了另一座细小的撞击坑。该环形山坑壁最大高出周边地形1380米，内部容积约6623.15立方千米。坑内地表相对平坦，从中心点以东向西南偏南内壁延伸了一道低矮、嶙峋的山脊。
